Five Guys VegasPlan Your Event

Privacy policy

Effective October 10, 2026

This website exists to help you plan a group event, party, or wedding at the two Five Guys Las Vegas Strip locations. Here is exactly what we collect, why, and what we do with it — short version: we use your details to reply to you, and we don't sell them.

Who runs this site

Five Guys Las Vegas operates the Grand Canal Shoppes and Showcase locations and this website, fiveguysvegas.com. This site is run locally by the Las Vegas events team and is separate from fiveguys.com, which has its own privacy policy.

Questions about this policy or your information: events@rmrcapital.com.

What we collect

Details you send us through the inquiry form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and what you tell us about your event (type, preferred date, guest count, budget range, location preference, private-room needs, and notes).

How you arrived at the site: the page you landed on, the site that referred you (for example a search engine), and any campaign codes or advertising click identifiers included in the link you followed. The site stores these in your browser for up to 90 days so that if you come back later and send an inquiry, we can tell which ad or link led to it.

Basic technical information sent by every web browser, such as your IP address, which our hosting provider keeps in short-lived server logs. We use the IP address only to limit repeated automated submissions.

We do not ask for, and you should not send, payment card numbers or other sensitive financial information through the form.

How we use it

  • To reply to your inquiry and plan your event with you.
  • To send you a one-time email confirming we received your inquiry.
  • To keep track of inquiries in the events team's lead tracker so nothing gets lost.
  • To understand which advertising and links actually lead to inquiries, so we spend our marketing budget sensibly.

We do not add you to a newsletter or marketing list unless you ask us to.

Advertising measurement

We advertise on Google. To measure whether those ads work, the site loads Google Tag Manager, which runs Google Ads conversion tracking. When you reach the site from an ad and later send an inquiry, Google records that the ad led to an inquiry. Google does this with cookies and similar identifiers on your device; it receives the pages you visit here and that an inquiry was sent, but we do not pass it your name, email address, phone number, or anything you wrote to us.

Ad links also usually include a click identifier (for example a Google Ads click ID). We keep that identifier with your inquiry, and we may later report back to Google that the click led to an inquiry or a booked event, using only the click identifier and the date.

Google's use of this information is described in Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. You can control the ads Google shows you at adssettings.google.com, and most browsers let you block or clear cookies.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages people visit. It measures traffic in aggregate, does not use cookies, and does not track you across other websites. We also record when the inquiry form is started and sent, so we can tell whether the form is working.

Our advertising team may also enable Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies to tell visits apart and reports in aggregate. You can opt out of Google Analytics in every browser with Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Who else sees your information

Only the events team and the service providers that run the site for us: our web host (Vercel), our email delivery service (Amazon Web Services), Google Workspace, where the lead tracker lives, and our advertising agency, which manages the Google advertising and its measurement. Each handles your information only to provide those services to us. Google receives the advertising measurement data described above under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to work with you on your event and to keep ordinary business records afterward. Server logs are kept briefly by our hosting provider and then discarded.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about your inquiry at any time by emailing events@rmrcapital.com. We will honor the request unless we need to keep a record for legal or accounting reasons, and we will tell you if so.

The attribution details stored in your browser can be cleared by clearing your browser's site data for this website.

Nevada residents: we do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law. You may still send a request to the address above and we will confirm.

Children

This site is meant for adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. Substantive changes to advertising or analytics tracking will be posted here before they take effect.
